We ship worldwide and aim to provide the fastest and safest delivery to our customers. We offer express shipping worldwide via FEDEX.

Location We are located in South Korea. All products are shipped from South Korea. It takes 1-2 business days to process shipping orders and 8-10 business days for delivery from South Korea. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the delivery status of FEDEX.

For pre-order items, shipping will be processed within 4-5 business days from the date they arrive at the Ducks Korea address. Upon customer request, products can be stored at the Ducks Korea warehouse for 30 days free of charge before shipping. After 30 days, Ducks Korea will dispose of the products.

A tracking number will be uploaded once shipping begins. The tracking number may not be valid for 1-2 business days. This is a normal procedure as the package is transferred from our headquarters to the FEDEX facility.

Customs Duties We are not responsible for any customs duties incurred after the product has been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and that customs duties may be applied upon arrival in your country.
